Imagine yourself sailing in a catamaran on a sunny morning or a calm afternoon, with the feeling of the sun on your face and the wind in your hair! Then, come live the experience on this cruise around the famous caldera of Santorini!
Not only you will spend a day by the sea with your friends, but you will also wander around the most beautiful parts of the island! There are two cruises to choose from, the 5-hour Day Cruise and the 5-hour Sunset Cruise, each one of them including stops at many beautiful locations along the Caldera. The Day Cruise starts from the fisherman’s port of Ammoudi, while the Sunset Cruise starts from Vlychada port. For both cruises, you will be picked up/dropped off at your hotel, as a free roundtrip transfer by minibus is included.
One of the best parts of this cruise, and the most prominent site of Santorini, is the visit to the Volcano and the Hot Springs very close to it. Sail towards it and make a stop near the Volcanic isle, and the warm waters of the Hot Springs for about 30 minutes. It’s your chance to gaze at a Volcano from a close distance and enjoy a swim in waters full of sulfur! It’s a very interesting, alternative swim, that some people compare to a therapeutic spa!
Admire the magnificent coastal scenery as you are sailing in the Caldera rim, as well as the huge Indian Rock formations, which are shaped on the cliffs, on the south part of the island. Pass by the historical Venetian lighthouse, which is located at the top, and take the most stunning photos of the scenery around!
Continue exploring the crystal clear blue waters of the famous White Beach and Mesa Pigadia Beach, take a refreshing dive, and enjoy a mouthwatering BBQ meal, prepared on board, along with the famous white wine of Santorini, Greek Ouzo, beers, and soft drinks.
The extraordinary Red Beach is also another spot that you will visit during your catamaran cruise. High red cliffs, and black and red pebbles on the shore, in contrast to the crystal-clear waters, create a setting that will absolutely amaze you! You will stay there for about 30 minutes, so you can either enjoy swimming or snorkeling (snorkeling equipment provided) or just lay on the sunbeds, and marvel at the beautiful volcanic landscape.
For those who choose to sail in the afternoon, another great spectacle awaits in the end, the breathtaking sunset of Santorini, below Oia Village! Nothing compares to watching the sun go down while sipping on some local wine! It will be a magical moment!

The most epic vacation
I am truly grateful to Santorini Yachting Club with pairing us with our wonderful and patient driver (did not get his name unfortunately), skipper George and captain Phillip. Everything from the pickup, the freshly prepared lunch (which was the best meal I’ve had while in Greece) to the wonderful sites around Santorini were truly epic. The most interesting part was swimming in the waters near the volcano. We were allowed personalization of music via Bluetooth. We spent 4 hours in our private boat ride and highly recommend!, Excellent!

Brilliant Day Out
This was a fabulous day, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The guys working on the boat worked hard to make our day special, which worked brilliantly! Even the driver who took us home was so friendly. Drinks and food were plentiful, food was great including catering for this little coeliac. We thoroughly recommend this tour. If you don't do it you will miss out on one of the best days out, seeing Santorini from a different perspective and experiencing some of it's beaches and the other volcanic islands close by.The water was a little brisk but very refreshing! Paradise brought to us by experienced professionals! Well done guys!

Amazing time on boat Diamond!
We did a private boat trip for 2 and it was incredible. Our crew, George and Alina, were fabulous…knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. They made the experience both relaxing and fun! The boat was clean, safe and comfortable. We highly recommend this trip!!

Absolutely! Greece is one of the safest countries to swim in. You will be glad to know that sharks in the Aegean Sea (usually from species such as dogfish) are harmless, sightings are extremely rare while attacks are unheard of! In addition, the waves are usually small, especially inside the Caldera where most boat cruises make stops for swimming. So, based on the above, if you enjoy swimming, snorkeling, or even diving... you are in the right place!
