We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff are very nice and super helpful, from the front desk, concierge, wait staff, and housekeeping. Our Villa was a nice size, with a spectacular view and large bathroom. The breakfast was great, as was our afternoon tea on the terrace. And the location is perfect. We can't wait to come back!
The transfer I scheduled/confirmed/pre-paid with the Sophia hotel to the airport never arrived to pick me up, so I was forced to call an Uber at 3:30am to attempt to make it to my flight on time. Sophia still has not refunded me for the service that was never completed by them, and they are claiming that their driver did pick me up and take me to the airport even though I was never contacted by the driver at all. Terrible communication, service, and customer satisfaction.
Super friendly welcome! Told lots of interesting information about the island and local area! Recommendations of places to see and restaurants. The Villa was amazing! Really clean and well maintained! Great service and genuinely lovely staff! The walk from the concierge to Villa was quite a long walk with suitcases (5 mins) on cobbled streets!
If you want relaxation and isolation from the everyday routine , it is the ideal place to do so ! In the heart of the traditional settlement of Finikia , close to high rated restaurants such as Lefkes and Meze Meze , there is nothing more to ask for ! Special thanks to the most attentive staff ever !
