Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Please note that the credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the owner. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in, the property will charge another credit card on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. Please note that the property does not have a reception. Please inform Ananda Retreat at least 24 hours in advance of your expected arrival time, so that the manager will meet you at the villa. In case of last minute notification it can take up to an hour for the villa manager to arrive at the property. Please note that there is no luggage storage provided before check-in and after check-out. Kindly note that the guest name must match the credit card holder name as submitted upon booking, while he/she must be one of the guests staying at the property. Photocopies and photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards or virtual credit cards are not accepted. The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to other guests.
