Oia Sunset Villas
About
Oia Sunset Villas is a six boutique villa resort with hotel services, which has 2 shared pools and is in a prime location 400 meters from Oia Village's center. They are opulent Cycladic-style villas with doors leading to roomy terraces with views of the Aegean Sea.
Arched ceilings, wooden or iron beds, mosaic floors, and traditionally decorated villas are all features of Oia Sunset Villas. The villas each have a living room with a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Additionally, each villa offers a private heated hydromassage tub, a garden, a seating area, and a BBQ.
As part of the package, three out of six villas are equipped with a private swimming pool, while one superior villa has a private infinity pool. Each villa has access to a massage kiosk, an outdoor fireplace, an open-air gym, and two communal swimming pools.
Upon arrival, visitors are given a welcome basket that includes a bottle of wine, water, orange juice, and authentic Greek goods.
On request, villas can also be pre-stocked with food and drinks. 12 km separate you from Santorini's bustling capital, Fira. Athinios Port and Santorini Airport are both located 17 kilometers apart. Additionally, there is free private on-site parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the property.

The beauty of Oia is matchless. It is undoubtedly the best place to watch the sunset in Santorini. You can never get tired of watching Palaia and Nea Kameni islets glistening in the clear blue waters as the sun dips into the Aegean Sea. Oia also has the famous Ammoudi port, where you can enjoy freshly cooked seafood.
Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and wine houses serving delicious food and beverages are scattered throughout the village. There are also plenty of shops to buy stylish clothes, authentic artifacts, and souvenirs from.
There is nothing better than staying among the whitewashed houses in one of the most famous villages of Santorini and overlooking the majestic water-filled Caldera with your friends and loved ones.

Hands down our favorite place we’ve stayed at on all of our travels. We had the best time at Oia Sunset Villas and highly recommend them! From the moment we booked, they reached out to us immediately to confirm and provide additional information on the amenities, etc… They arranged port / airport transfers for us, onsite car rental drop off / pick up and restaurant reservations. Pavlos was my primary point of contact prior to arrival and was very responsive, professional and made sure everything we requested was taken care of. Once we got there, the reception staff (Christopher and Eftiana) were very friendly and always available to answer any questions we had. We stayed in the Topaz villa for our family of 4 (two younger kids). It was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable (AC worked great!) There were a few rest days where we just hung out and watched movies in the living room in the afternoons. The views were amazing. We enjoyed watching the sunset from our front porch every evening and going on evening strolls around the area. Pictures don’t do it justice! The location was great - less than 5 min drive into Oia village but without the hustle and bustle of being in Oia. There was a path to walk but we didn’t use it because it was easier to drive with our kids. There was a dedicated parking lot at Oia Villas so it was nice to be able to park comfortably whenever we came back for the day. Our kids loved the pools. One was shallow enough to wade in and the other was about 5.5 feet deep. Temperature was a bit cold but manageable and when we got too cold we’d just hop into our hot tub. Housekeeping cleaned every day and did a great job. Washer worked well and there were hangers we could use to hang dry our clothes (and a drying rack on the back porch). The full kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. It was a nice break from eating out all the time since by the time we got to Santorini we were already more than a week into our trip. The dining room (on lower level) had a 6 person dining table but we ate most of our meals on the front porch or back patio. There was practically a mini kitchen on the main level with dishes, cutlery, glasses, and a mini fridge which made it really easy to plate our food and go eat outside. There was also a grill on the back porch but we didn’t get a chance to use it. If you didn’t want to cook or go out to eat, there was an option to order food delivery from their tablet (cash only) which was very convenient (and quick) and we used it on the last day. Plenty of variety (from gyros to pasta/pizzas to grilled fish / calamari, etc…) There were also other nice little touches - Around sunset, Christopher came by each villa and gave us colored lanterns for our front porch. There was also a fire pit that they can turn on if it isn’t too windy. Do note that the Villa is 3 levels with two sets of stairs so for younger children it may be difficult. Our kids were fine with them but I would think younger than 3 may be challenging.
Absolutely LOVE this place!! Amazing sunset & sea views, warm and welcoming staff, cleanliness and attention to every detail of our stay! This boutique villas resort features a unique decorative style and provides impeccable hotel services. Privacy is guranteed, as it is located only 10 minutes away from crowded Oia Village (2 minutes by vehicle). Definitely recommend it for you summer vacation either with friends or family! Thank you very much for your kind hospitality and hope to see you again soon! :)
Beautiful location, wonderful villa fitting 8 people (emerald villa), great service, spectacular views. Easy walk to the beautiful part of Oia.
We booked this property to stay 3 nights and we had to checkout next day and find another property. Location is really bad as there is huge construction going on right in front of the villa, which we were not notified before, blocking the beautiful view. When we walked into the property, there was not a single place we could walk or touch without our feet and hands being covered in dust. My daughter woke up wheezing and coughing after sleeping in the loft first night because of the dust. No extra bedsheets or towels provided. This property is also too far from Oia main area, walking is impossible as it is all uphill. This property is in 3 levels, master bedroom in basement and loft in 3rd level, extremely inconvient if you are staying with family. WiFi doesn’t reach master bedroom in basement. No central air conditioning, property was extremely cold when we walked in, heater was not working, we had to call front desk and they had to fix it, we had to wait 2-3 hrs to get cozy. We ordered food from their iPad and they messed up our food order, we mentioned allergy information which they overlooked, they didn’t give us any refund for that too. Remember you have to pay cash for the food order, if you don’t have cash and if you can’t get out to eat, you will be fasting. While taking shower, hot water got completely cutoff, had to complete the shower with cold water in cold weather. We were told it’s municipality issue, if municipality issue then cold water shouldn’t come either. Hot tub doesn’t get hot enough, no towels were provided for hot tub, we had to ask extra towels next day. Usually any hotel you pay during checkout, but they charge full amount during checkin without showing property. This property is extremely overpriced even In the low season April 1st week they charged $1680 for 3 nights, no refund was provided even though we checked out next day. This property looks really serene from pictures but in reality so many issues. We had terrible experience one day we stayed and strongly discourage staying here. We are glad we made a wise decision to find another property, which is less than half price and in the main Oia area with spectacular views, for next two days so we are not ruining rest of our vacation, even though we lost our money for 2 nights.
