The credit card owner must be one of the guests staying at the property. The property does not have a reception. Please inform Gonia Residences at least 24 hours in advance of your expected arrival time, so that the manager will meet you at the villa. In case of last-minute notification, it can take up to an hour for the villa manager to arrive at the property. Please note that luggage storage before check-in and after check-out is not provided. The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to other guests. For reservations of 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
