This was hands down the best meal I’ve ever had in my life. The tasting menu and accompanying wines were spectacular. Beyond being a filling meal, every single bite was spectacular. There was a hint of the what you see is not what you taste but they focus on making delicious food and not just the facade. Easily the most expensive meal I’ll ever have, but it was worth it. This blows away any other tasting menu or the Michelin restaurant I’ve been to. Just amazing.
If you’re in the area, DO NOT MISS THIS RESTAURANT!! We were greeted by the owner, (so charming), and given world class quality service from her and her staff throughout the entire meal. Every course was magic, and described to us in great detail. (So fun). The attention to timing, and detail was as good as it gets. Cocktails were an added bonus.

We had a wonderful dinner and all dishes were so well prepared, presented and delicious. The view from this restaurant is phenomenal! Mind blowing and so peaceful. Service is flawless and on point. We loved every single bit of our evening here. Absolutely wonderful! Worth every single penny!
Lauda restaurant is a high end restaurant with a very elegant atmosphere overlooking the caldera side. It is a French influenced restaurant that uses local ingredients. The servers are very patient and attentive to your needs. Panagiota, the sommelier, gave excellent recommendations on wines to pair our dishes. She is phenomenal and I’m very impressed with her knowledge of wines. Come here for the wine even if you don’t want to dine here. It’s amazing. Stratos was very patient with our food allergies and made sure we ate well. The food was very creative and delicious.. Their selection of wines is magnificent and extensive.
