We have tried many restaurants in Santorini but the experience we had in Mavro was the best by far! To start with the views are mesmerizing and the staff is super professional. The food was an experience on its own; we had the Full Moon Experience degustation menu together with wine pairing. And we finished with the most tasteful cheesecake we’ve ever tried! If you have only 2 or 3 nights in Santorini, Mavro must definitely be one of them.
We celebrated my birthday at Mavro and it was perfect all around. Great service, first class menu, great location with a breathtaking view! I can recommend 100%, especially if you want something special. We felt very comfortable, will be happy to come back. Many thanks to the whole team for making this evening so special!
When visiting Santorini, there are many dining options. We highly recommend Mavro, which is located at one of the highest points of the caldera. The local flavors with a modern twist were outstanding and the service was excellent. From daylight till nightfall, I can promise you it will be an incredible romantic evening and an unforgettable sunset experience.
This is an amazing place to have a unique experience at Santorini. Located at the iconic viewpoint, it’s definitely worth visiting! The level of service is exceptional! Currently Mavro offers both a-la carte dishes and a so-called experience degustation menus. I would definitely recommend the latter. The prices of degustation menus are 190€, 155€, 145€. For this price you get around 6-8 dishes of Greek fusion cuisine with a modern twist. Probably if you are very hungry and just need a place to eat - this is not the one. The sunset is stunning!
