Wow, the best restaurant we went on our trip. The food was amazing, every single dish from salad to meat was so good that we almost cried. You could taste the good ingredients and the love. Besides the view out of the world and the location super romantic and lovely. PS. Very nice service staff who are always open for a good chat and do recommendations with a warm smile and a lot of charm. We liked it so much that we went twice in a row.
Really nice place to eat and enjoy a great view of the island towards the sea. Food was spectacular, very tasty and great portions!! Staff was very kind and service fast but very friendly.
Came by after seeing this restaurant on several blogs and our hotel also recommended this place. We had a really late lunch at around 5pm due to travels and we’re thankful they could accommodate a walk-in and seated us outdoors. We overheard that people could not get reservations for the next day. These are what I’d recommend. - Kataifi cheese rolls: The pastry coating the cheese was crunchy and gave the cheese a great contrast in texture when you bite into it. The cheese was well balanced and the blackberry sauce cuts through making the dish a delight. - Strawberry salad: This was a daily special and the flavours were just refreshing! The nuts were so well toasted and fragrant and the cheese went to well with the lettuce and strawberries. I’ve never seen a salad being wiped out within seconds. - Oven-baked asparagus: This is a MUST-ORDER! It was bubbling when served and the cheese was great. I’d usually prefer my asparagus to have more texture but this is baked plus the sauce IS the soul of this dish. Tip to save some of the bread to dip this sauce. - Lamb shank: Didn’t get a photo of this but it was super super tender and would recommend. My mum who doesn’t like lamb actually enjoyed this dish so much.
Amazing drive through the winding roads that lead up to the top of the mountain where this gem is hidden. Park at the church parking and walk down the big white stairs to the restaurant. Don’t walk the rocky path as it’s slippery. The view, the food and the staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Call ahead to get a table with the view. I was able to get a table under the covered area as I called a few hours before. They are accommodating.
