Would recommend avoiding, like other reviews have mentioned they sit you down and immediately open the bottled water on the table and pour without asking. We ordered the grilled fish of the day and chicken slouvaki. Fish was okay but the chicken was extremely dry, some parts inedible as they were so hard. One of the pieces was also raw in the middle which we did let them know when we paid. They did apologise and gave us some free wine but definitely would not go back or recommend as a place to eat.
We had a really good meal here. The tomato balls with tatziki were very tasty. I enjoyed the vegetarian moussaka and my partner had the chicken skewers. Pretty location in the centre of the village with a little fountain. Friendly service.
Nice atmosphere, decent food, fairly cheap compared to most of the island. We weren't blown away, but this isn't aiming to be fine dining. We really enjoyed the relaxed pace of the evening and this felt like a taste of authentic Santorini away from the crowded tourist areas.
We were a family of 4, it took very long to get our meal. The rice was over for the side dishes and they did not tell us, the risotto was just rice with tomato sauce, the beef was actually sliced with tomato sauce too, the fish was the only good thing, and it was smelling cat piss. Unfortunately a bad experience.
