Wow! My partner and I came here on a Wednesday night for dinner after looking at the menu online. It sounded amazing on paper and it truly was in person too. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed and the staff were very attentive but not overbearing. They explained the concept behind Sapiens and they all seemed genuinely interested in the food they were serving, also offering suggestions for sides which we took up and definitely were not disappointed. We would absolutely recommend this place, the food was amazing, portion sizes good and full of flavour! The place is a little bit off the main strip but is definitely a little treasure of Oia!
Simple and perfect, the simple things, perfectly prepared raw or grilled, absolutely fresh, with a taste that cannot be surpassed. Those who forego the view of the volcano while eating will be spoiled for it with delicious dishes. Last but not least. Thank you for the super, lovely waiters. We can only recommend eating here to everyone.
The epitome of gastronomy! We visited the restaurant with a group of friends and we had a fantastic dinner time. The atmosphere is magical and the staff is friendly welcoming and very attentive! We had 2 salads, ceviche and tartar. For main course we had tuna filet, pork, chicken and quite a few side dishes! Everything was delicious! We will definitely visit again!
Incredible! Best restaurant I've had in Greece so far: cocktails are tasty and balanced, food recommendations are on point and the food itself is original and tasteful. Dinner was perfect. But the best part is the service: warm, present but not overwhelming, always checking each table before going back to kitchen. In a word, it's just like food: tasteful. Thanks guys
